The Shreveport Police Department has arrested Floyd Pierre in connection with a contractor fraud investigation.

Shreveport Police arrested two people after an alleged cruelty to a juvenile incident on June 30. Officers responded to the 2900 block of Peach Street after Child Protective Services caseworkers reported seeing two adults physically strike an 11-yearold child while at the home on an unrelated matter. Police said the incident stemmed from a dispute over a frozen Kool-Aid cup.
