A member of a Louisiana country band is in custody facing serious criminal charges. Authorities say 38-year-old Jonathon Wesley Rachal of Blanchard turned himself in to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office on Friday. He has been charged with two counts of firstdegree rape and additional charges of molestation of a juvenile. His bond has been set at $2 million, and he remains in custody at the Caddo Correctional Center.
