And then there were four. Much like the college football playoffs, the NFL playoffs have been full of one-sided affairs with five of the six games this past weekend resulting in double-digit victories. Only the Commanders and Buccaneers gave us a game with some intrigue as Jayden Daniels continued his masterful rookie season for Washington.

At writing, the list of NFL teams searching for their next head coach was up to six with the list of teams looking like this. New York Jets, New Orleans Saints, Chicago Bears, New England Patriots, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Las Vegas Raiders. That number could grow with coaches for the Browns, Colts, Titans, Giants, Cowboys and Dolphins all possible pink slip candidates. It should be interesting to see who’s hired for these jobs as some of them are really good jobs. Look for names like Mike Vrabel, Joe Brady, Aaron Glenn, Liam Coen, Pete Carroll, Kliff Kingsbury and Brian Flores to be hot names this offseason.

Bossier City Charter Commission and Assistant City Attorney Richard Ray are gaslighting the citizens of Bossier City. Ray repeats in every possible venue that the charter commission did great work with recommended changes to the 20-year-old charter. He also advocates that the proposed changes are needed. Ray is correct that the Louisiana Bond Commission voted to allow the commission’s three propositions to be placed on the ballot on March 29, but citizens need to beware of the snake in the garden…thissssss isssss good sayssss Ray.
