On Friday, Jan.17, at approximately 12:36 a.m., Shreveport Police Department (SPD) officers conducted a traffic stop on a white sedan after observing the vehicle cross the centerline of a two-lane divided roadway. The vehicle, traveling southbound on Fairfield Avenue, crossed into the opposing lane before officers activated their emergency lights and sirens.
