On March 4, at approximately 8:30 a.m., members of the Shreveport City Marshal’s Office, the Shreveport Police Department’s Warrant Unit, and the Violent Crimes Abatement Team (VCAT) executed a search warrant at 544 E. 74th Street. Caddo Parish District Attorney James Stewart is asking parents to be mindful of the mental health crisis affecting children in the area.
