Shreveport man charged in sex crimes against juvenile
Shreveport Police detectives have arrested a local man in connection with the sexual assault of a juvenile under the age of thirteen.
Douglas Brown, 56, of the 300 block of W.68th Street sits behind bars on charges of molestation of a juvenile after it was learned he had allegedly sexually assaulted a female juvenile he had come into contact with.
The allegations were turned over to the Shreveport Police Department’s Sex Crimes Unit, where detectives were able to gather additional evidence in support of the allegations against Brown. Following further investigation, Brown was arrested and charged with a single count of molestation of a juvenile under 13 year old.
