The Shreveport-Caddo Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) has started the process to update the adopted Great Expectations: Shreveport-Caddo 2030 Master Plan. The updated plan and its community engagement process, One Shreveport, emphasizes the importance of a shared community vision to guide the future of the City of Shreveport.
Wednesday (Sept.11), the school board interviewed Burton in an open session. The Board did not take any action on the hiring of Burton, which most likely will be delayed pending the resolution of the litigation.
