Another wild game in the books for the Fightin’ Tigers of LSU, as they completed a comeback (down 22-7 early on) and won a shootout to defeat Missouri 49-39. The embattled defense had to come up with two late stops to preserve their lead. Each time, the Tigers stood up and prevented Missouri from scoring. Safety Major Burns provided the nail in the coffin with a pick-six to help clinch the win. I don’t think it would be wise to count out Daniels as long as they’re left some time to work. Up next is a home SEC matchup against Auburn under the lights in Death Valley.
