The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office announces the Top 10 Most Wanted individuals as of Sept. 17.

On the night of Sept.8, around 11 p.m., Shreveport Police Patrol officers initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Jewella Street and Cleveland Street. The driver of the vehicle refused to comply, prompting officers to pursue the vehicle as it fled through the Mooretown neighborhood.

On Saturday, July 6, at approximately 3 a.m., Shreveport Police were dispatched to the 6100 block of Bert Kouns Industrial Loop at the River Oaks Apartments in response to a call reporting domestic trouble. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a female had been involved in a domestic dispute with 18-year-old Jacob Sevin.

On Sept.8, Shreveport Police officers arrested Marcus Smallwood during a traffic stop in the 3000 block of North Market Street. During the stop, officers discovered that Smallwood, a convicted felon, was in possession of a firearm and suspected methamphetamine.
