Caddo Parish Correctional Facility deputies have been arrested on multiple charges.

On Nov.21, just after noon, Shreveport Police officers responded to an assault and battery call in the 2700 block of Murray Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a man had armed himself with a firearm and was threatening a victim and a small child.

On Nov.19, at approximately 7:02 PM, Shreveport Police officers were dispatched to the Kroger located at 9155 Mansfield Road regarding reports of a prowler and suspicious activity.

On Nov.17, at approximately 12:40 a.m., Shreveport Police Department officers were dispatched to 6479 Oak Valley Drive in response to a report of shots fired.

A woman shot and killed early Sunday in the Highland neighborhood has been identified by the Caddo Parish Coroner's Office after a man shot her to death early Sunday, Nov.17 in Shreveport's Highland neighborhood.

On Nov.15 at approximately 11:50 a.m., Shreveport Police Department juvenile crimes detectives were contacted by staff at Southern Hills Elementary School regarding allegations of abuse involving a 9-year-old student.

On Nov.17, at approximately 12:02 a.m., Shreveport Police Department officers initiated a traffic stop on a tan 2002 Chevy Trailblazer (license plate 306HIE) near the intersection of Oak Park Drive and Jefferson Paige Road. The vehicle was observed running a stop sign in an area where officers had just heard multiple gunshots.
