Over the past several weeks, the Shreveport Police Department’s Vice Unit has been actively investigating complaints involving juveniles in possession of vape products and more dangerous narcotics-related substances.

Detectives with the Shreveport Police Department Financial Crimes Task Force are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Timmy Bell, who is wanted for one count of Forgery.
