A Shreveport man arrested two years ago and found to have drugs and a handgun in his possession was convicted in Caddo District Court Thursday, Nov. 17, of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Caddo detectives arrested a registered sex offender in Keithville after they found child pornography in his possession, said Sheriff Steve Prator.
