A month ago, it was widely believed that LeVette Fuller, current councilwoman for District B, was going to run for re-election. She was doing all of the things that signaled she would continue to serve her district, and, ultimately, be one of the front runners for the 2026 election for mayor. But something happened on the way to not running for city councilwoman, and that something was that she had decided to run for mayor.
