Another hurdle cleared for Bill 697 removing Caddo Parish from SCMPC
On Tuesday the Senate Agriculture Committee rendered a favorable recommendation on the legislation to take Caddo Parish out of the Shreveport-Caddo Metropolitan Planning Commission.
