Regional Law Enforcement offering Disability Decal Initiative The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office, along with regional agencies, is offering a Voluntary Disability Decal Program to enhance communication and safety for individuals with special needs. This initiative is a joint effort between the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office, Bossier City Police Department, Shreveport Police Department, and Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office, and is called “Friends of the Community.”
