The deadline to submit concepts is 4:00 PM, September 13, 2024. All submissions may be dropped off to the Bossier Arts Council located at 630 Barksdale Blvd., Bossier City, LA 71111 or submitted digitally at https://srac.submittable.com/ Digital artwork will be reviewed on a screen as large as 65 inches and submissions should be a suitable resolution to enhance the artwork rather than distort it.
