A south Louisiana man is accused of overcharging a buyer for tickets to the College National Championship football game, said Caddo Parish Sheriff Steve Prator.

The DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Officer has reported the death of Deputy Donna Richardson-Below, who lost her life in a tragic twovehicle crash while on duty.
