After almost three months of closures, Shreve Memorial Library is reopening library branches to the public. Following Gov.r John Bel Edwards' announcement of Phase Two reopening , Shreve Memorial Library will reopen seven of its library branches beginning Monday, June 8, with plans to reopen all branches by the end of June 2020.
