Shreveport’s KTBS Channel 3 will air its annual Christmas special featuring the Centenary College Choir on Sunday, December 20, at 9:30 p.m. on KPXJ and Thursday, December 24, at 10:35 p.m., following the 10:00 p.m. newscast, on KTBS Channel 3. Chief Raymond was only trying to respond to the questions of the council members, and he did not deserve to be berated by Councilman Green or his colleagues. It is not his fault that black people are killing each other in Shreveport.
