Mayor Lo Walker, Bossier City Council President David Montgomery, and the Bossier City Council honored Bossier City Parks and Recreation Director Clay Bohanan and Superintendent Louis Cook for their vision and work on the Field of Dreams. Mr. Bohanan and Mr. Cook wererecognized at the Bossier City Council meeting Tuesday.
