Mansfield High students visit Desoto Sheriff's Office for Christmas

On Friday, December 13, 2019, the DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office was visited by Mrs. Kennedy and Mrs. Whitaker's class from Mansfield High School. Students and teachers stopped by to greet Sheriff Richardson and deputies to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Students brought many containers of sweets to pass out as gifts and ornaments to hang on the Christmas Tree in our front offices. Each ornament was personalized with special messages of thanks from students. They are grateful for Mrs. Kennedy and Mrs. Whitaker for leading this wonderful group of kids who took time out of their day to spend with us in the spirit of Christmas. Sheriff Richardson would like to thank the individuals involved in making the cookies. Most empty containers can be located in his office. Merry Christmas everyone!
