Webster Parish – On Saturday, Feb. 3 shortly after 2 a.m., Troopers with Louisiana State Police Troop G began investigating a four-vehicle fatal crash on I-20 west of US 371. The crash claimed the life of 20-year-old Savanah Shelton of Houston, Tex.
Arrest in domestic abuse incident!

On Feb. 4, at approximately 11:40 a.m., Shreveport Police responded to a distress call in the 1100 block of Boulevard Street regarding a domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers discovered a concerning situation involving 36-year-old Jeremy Long, who allegedly locked the victim in a room during a physical struggle. Disturbingly, this incident unfolded in the presence of three children.
