Violent Crime detectives procured an arrest warrant for Devontey Bouya (12/25/96) charging him with one count of Second Degree Murder. Investigators learned that Bouya allegedly shot the victim, Treyshun J. Bogan following an altercation. On February 12, 2020, Bouya was located by Shreveport Police at a residence in Shreveport.
