A Shreveport man accused of a January 2017 slaying pleaded guilty last Thursday, Aug. 19, in Caddo District Court.
James D. Stephens, III, 39, of Shreveport, was sentenced Wednesday by United States District Judge Donald E. Walter to 10 years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
