A Vivian man who sent lewd text messages to a teen-aged girl two years ago pleaded guilty to indecent behavior with a juvenile just prior to his scheduled trial in Caddo District Court Thursday, Nov. 3.


On Aug. 12, Shreveport police officers were contacted in reference to a burglary in the 100 block of Dalton Street.

Washington was indicted by a federal grand jury, and he pleaded guilty to the charge on June 8.
Caddo deputies shutdown a section of Keithville-Keatchie Road just south of Booker Road in Keithville as they investigate a major crash involving an 18-wheeler, said Sheriff Steve Prator.
