On Feb. 11, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Shreveport Police Patrol Officers responded to a report of an armed individual in the 6100 block of Tierra Drive. Upon arrival, officers encountered 30-year-old Marquise Lyod, who was reportedly engaged in a dispute with a family member.

On Feb. 13, at approximately 6:20 p.m. proactive patrol officers with Shreveport Police observed a suspicious individual sitting in a vehicle in the 2900 block of Victor Street. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the individual, identified as 21-year-old Robert Webb, was in possession of a firearm.
