Bossier Sheriff Julian Whittington is warning citizens about several phone scams that are circulating the area. Several citizens in our area have fallen victim to these scams which are being investigated by Bossier Sheriff’s Office detectives.

Caddo Parish Sheriff’s detectives arrested a Shreveport man for possessing and distributing child pornography, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

On July 18 around 7:34 a.m., Shreveport police patrol officers responded to a domestic trouble in progress in the 7400 block of Glenleaf Road.

A Shreveport man was convicted Thuursday, July 13, in Caddo District Court of shooting and kliiling a standout local high school football player.
