Shreve Memorial Library is inviting the public to join them for a fun and interactive Q&A session entitled “Making Movies: The Craft, The Secrets, The Fun,” with filmmakers Tom Capps, Phil Russell and Janelle Tedesco. The three will pull back the curtain to reveal some tricks and secrets behind how movies are made in this virtual presentation. “Making Movies” will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, Feb. 9, at 6 p.m.
Shreve Memorial Library welcomes esteemed educator and Distinguished Principal Tyrone D. Burton, Ed.D., to its next virtual author chat. Taking place on the first Thursday of each month, Shreve Memorial Library’s Virtual Author Chat series is a way for local and national authors to share their works and interact with library patrons. Dr. Burton will join the library on Thursday, Feb. 4, at 6 p.m. via Zoom. The chat is free and open to the public; however, registration is required to attend.
