To protect employees and the public from the threat of COVID-19, the Parish of Caddo has reduced hours of operation for all solid waste sites.



When we get scared and uncertain, when things are changing quickly and we feel like we have little control over the outcome, it’s not unusual to hunker down or lash out, stock up on toilet paper and wait for better days.
