Anthony W. Davis, B/M, DOB: 3/6/79, of Shreveport, was arrested by Officer A.M. Visciotti on a charge of resisting an officer, unauthorized use of emergency lights and flight in a vehicle. The officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for blue underglow lights. The suspect refused to stop for approximately a quarter-mile at 20 miles per hour. The suspect pulled into a driveway and immediately got out and was argumentative. The officer identified himself and the reason for the stop. The suspect became hostile and pulled away from the officer several times. He was tased after turning toward the officer in a threatening manner.
