At approximately 7:39 a.m. on November 23, 2014, Shreveport Police patrol responded to a vehicle burglary in the 200 block of Prospect Street. Upon the arrival, officers learned the victim observed a male suspect, later iden tified as 47-yearold Garnell Richardson; attempting to enter three vehicles parked at the residence.
Back on August 14, 2014, Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to an armed robbery in the 2900 block of Willie Mays Street. Upon arrival, officers learned a black male stepped out into the street and flagged the victims down. The male proceeded to rob both victims at gun point, then fleeing the scene on foot.
