Officer Wiggins is a threeyear law enforcement veteran and has served with the Bossier City Police Department for the past year and a half. He is assigned to the BCPD’s Patrol Division and is also a member of the department’s motor vehicle crash investigation team.

On April 28, citizens of Shreveport face a choice: Fund basic city services or plunge the city into fiscal chaos. It would have been inconceivable 20 years ago that routine tax renewals to fund the fire and police departments and other basic city services would not have the collective support of the city’s business, civic and political leadership.
