The officer made contact with the suspect in reference to a theft. The complainant claimed that he saw the suspect exiting the store with items in a blue-jean bag. The bag was allegedly found to have items that were taken from the store inside of it. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a counterfeit $20 bill.
