8/16/89, was arrested by Asst. Chief Bates by summons for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and window tint violation. During an initiated traffic stop on LA. Highway 3 at Bellevue Street for a window tint violation, the officer detected an odor of marijuana emanating from inside the car.

1/8/93, was arrested by Officer Ellis for domestic abuse battery. The suspect was involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend in the 1000 block of Dale Street in Benton. The victim stated the suspect put a pillow over her face and pinned her down to a recliner chair.
4/25/96 was arrested by Cpl. Anderson for no taillight, minor in possession of alcohol, and possession of crack Cocaine. Cpl. Anderson initiated a traffic stop on LA. Hwy. 3 at 6th Street, made contact with the driver of the vehicle, a juvenile passenger and observed a 12 pack of beer on the back seat.
Cpl. Anderson stopped a vehicle for improper lane usage on LA. Hwy. 3 at Cleveland Street, issued a citation for improper lane use and no drivers license on person. The suspect of the vehicle had a BAC of .166..
1/17/61, was arrested by Sgt. Collier for hit and run, DUS and no insurance. The suspect was involved in an accident and left the scene. Video from a nearby business showed a description of the suspect’s truck. Sgt. Collier went to the suspect’s resident and found him hiding in a closet.
