12/24/64, was arrested by Cpl. Anderson for open container and DWI. The officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on LA. Hwy. 3 at the Fina. Upon contact the officer detected a strong odor of alcohol on the suspects breath. The suspect performed poorly on the SFST and refused to submit to the chemical test for intoxication.

During an initiated traffic stop on LA. Highway 3 at Bellevue Street for a window tint violation, the officer detected an odor of marijuana emanating from inside the car.
