Frederick Jamanthy Chambers, B? M, DOB: 2/9/91, of 1111 W. 70th Street, Shreveport, La., was arrested by Officer N. Reese on a charge of theft and resisting an officer. The officer responded to a theft call, where it was found the suspect left the store with $341 worth of items.

The officer was dispatched to the 600 block of Boardwalk Blvd in reference to a disturbance call. The officer made contact with the complainant who advised the suspect refused to leave the property. The suspect had a strong odor of alcohol about his person.
