6/25/78, of 513 Agurs Street, Mooringsport, La., was arrested by Officer Provost on charges of possession of schedule II drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen things and warrants for failure to appear, unauthorized use of vehicle and fugitive warrant through Elayn Hunt Correctional Facility.

11/1/96, of 11969 Graham Road, Keithville, La., was arrested by Officer Vetkoetter on a charge of simple burglary. The officer came in contact with the suspect during a building check. The officer observed the suspect coming out of the concession stand with objects taken from inside.

The officers were dispatched in reference to a disturbance. The suspect had a strong odor of alcohol detected on his breath and person, along with red bloodshot eyes and poor balance. While at the jail the suspect refused to give information needed to complete arrest report.

The officer was dispatched to the 2500 block of Airline Drive in reference to a theft. The suspect took items without payment and has a prior history of theft. The suspect was also found in possession of suspected cocaine and marijuana after she fled from the officer.

The officer came in contact with the suspect in the 2900 block of E. Texas Street. The suspect took merchandise without paying and found in possession of one Buprenorphine and one Alprazolam inside a prescription bottle with other medication. Co-Defendant: Robert Luke Stephenson.
