7/24/82, was issued a summons by Officer Holland for simple battery. The officer was dispatched to E. Tennessee in reference to a disturbance. Upon contact, the victim stated that the suspect tried to turn the music down in her car when she wanted the music turned up.

2/10/67, was issued a summons by Officer Fertenbaugh and Sgt. Davis for disturbing the peacefighting. The officers were dispatched to the PD after the suspect was discovered lying against the PD door bleeding from a wound on his side. The suspect stated that the co-defendant stabbed him.

7/31/89, was issued a summons by Officer Small for possession of schedule I CDS, loud music, DUS and no insurance. The officer heard loud music coming from a vehicle in the E-Z Mart parking lot. The suspect while turning down the music, took a clear baggie of marijuana out of his car and tried to throw it away.

The victim had been advised earlier in the day to call the police department when the suspect came to pick up his belongings. When the suspect found out the victim was calling the police to escort him through the residence, he started threatening the victim.

1/7/75, was issued a summons by Officers Holland and Delano for disturbing the peace. The officers were dispatched to E Texas in reference to a man yelling and cursing. Upon arrival, the officers made contact with the suspect who stated that he was the one yelling and cursing loudly.

Melinda Shores, W/F, DOB 8/1/81, was arrested by Officer Small on a charge of theft. The officer was dispatched to S. Pine in reference to a shoplifter, where the officer observed the suspect enter the store, and watched as she tried to return the stolen items to the shelf unaware that the officer was standing behind her.
