5/5/89, of 12126 N. Champion Road, Billings, Oklahoma, was arrested by Officer E. Alvarez on a charge of disturbing the peace. Security at Sam’s Town Casino allegedly saw the suspect acting out in a belligerent fashion, screaming and yelling loudly, waking other patrons in the hotel.

Upon arrival, a concerned neighbor said that the suspect and another resident were in a very loud verbal dispute. The neighbor head a lot of banging. Post- Miranda, the suspect said they were having a minor argument, but nothing physical occurred.

She did not want him to ride in her vehicle anymore. The suspect was advised of this and walked away, but was acting intoxicated. Officers allowed him to walk away, but he went across the street only to walk back. He was warned that if he did not leave, he would be arrested.

6/2/77, of 1243 Oakland Street, Shreveport, La., was arrested by Officer Owen on a charge of simple assault. The suspect and the complainant allegedly got into an argument, at which point the suspect threw hot coffee on the complainant. An outside witness saw the suspect throw the coffee on the complainant.

3/20/63, of 2728 Glenwick St., Shreveport, was arrested by Officer S. Mendels on a charge of simple assault. The suspect allegedly went to Amie St. looking for his estranged wife.

The suspect was allegedly seen bagging merchandise without selling it and giving it to a customer. The suspect made arrangements to meet with the customer at a later time to get the merchandise for her own personal use. the suspect did not have the victim’s consent to give away the merchandise.

The suspect was allegedly in possession of the victim’s debit card while he was in jail. During this time, the suspect used the card several times in the amount of $954.06. Post-Miranda, the suspect said the victim did not give her permission to use the card and that she knew what she did was wrong.

Upon arrival, the suspect fled on foot and was taken into custody. Nearby witnesses said the suspect threw unknown items, one of which was under the stairs where they were standing. The officer found a .380 handgun, which came back as stolen. Post-Miranda, the suspect said he didn’t have a weapon.

approached her in a threatening manner, which upset him. He jumped on top of her without her consent and punched her repeatedly with a closed fist. Their tenant witnessed the incident, but he refused to be a part of this investigation. The suspect became severely belligerent and uncooperative.

Jackson previously worked for former Shreveport Mayor Cedric Glover, and then for Mayor Ollie Tyler for a few months before being terminated. From there, Jackson went to DRCHC. Reportedly, Glover helped him get this job; Jackson is a selfproclaimed protégé of Glover.
