Traffic stop yields drug paraphernalia, narcotics

Upon contact, the officer allegedly noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the interior of the vehicle. Once other officers arrived on scene, the officer conducted a pat down of the driver, who during casual conversation said that the passenger possibly had narcotics on him.
