This is ridiculous. Our police officers deserve better from our judges. ]]> There are parents who have drug habits that abuse these federal and state funds to purchase drugs instead of taking care of their children properly. This type of pre-testing would deter people who just want to sit at home and do drugs. Random drug testing should also be done while receiving benefits. ]]>
