Mini Bike Chase Sends Man to Jail for Multiple Charges!

On Aug. 24, just after 2 a.m., Shreveport Police officers conducted a traffic stop on a man operating a miniature motorcycle at the intersection of Clyde Fant Parkway and Shreveport Barksdale Highway.
