Does Caddo Parish District Judge Woody Nesbitt’s conduct over the past three years merit him from being removed from the bench? Allegations include
1. Nesbitt taking his girlfriend to a swinger’s club in Dallas, Texas and inviting couples back to the motel where he wanted his girlfriend to perform sex acts on others while he watched;
2. Showing a nude photograph of his girlfriend to local health club manager Steve Hansford which shows her blindfolded and tied to a bed, and asking him to have sex with her while Judge Nesbitt watched;
