Was the Hookah Lounge fire on Shreveport-Barksdale arson?

A major fire in the early a.m. on May 27 burned to the ground the old Mr. Gatti's Pizza building on Shreveport-Barksdale Highway.

All but the front screened porch area and a concrete block kitchen area…
