Six arrested on drug charges

Reguarding the six people whe were arrested two weeks ago for possession of schedule ll and paraphanalia; not all of those arrested are guilty. I am one of those who is innocent. I do not blame the Bossier Parish Sheriff's office for my temporary incarceration. They were simply doing there job and can not take chances when dealing with situations that involve illegal drugs. My significant other and I were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. We had given one of the men arrested a ride home. As we were about to exit the premises, dputies from the sheriff's office knocked on the door to serve a warrant to someone for non child support. We walked out the door to leave. One of the deputies asked for my I.D. thinking I might be the person in question. He returned my I.D. and we got into my truck. We were blocked and could not leave. The deputies were invited inside the house where they closed the door. After ten minutes or so my girl friend got cold and went inside the house. I sat there for another fifteen minutes before one of the deputies came out and asked me to step inside. There I discovered that they had found cocaine and paraphanalia. If it had been mine I would have left while they were inside. They searched both of us and our vehicle and found nothing because there was nothing to find. Two hours later we were arrested because no one admitted to ownership of the drugs. And that's what state law says they can do. If no one claims the illegal substances then they can arrest everyone on the premises. They said they knew who owned the drugs but he would not own up to it so we were all going to jail. Two days later I took a physical for work that included a drug test. I passed because I do not do drugs. I am totally confident that I will be exonerated on all charges because I AM NOT GUILTY... So mote it be....
